Thank you for your visit at HeyoLeah. Once your order has been placed and validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.
The pre order is under process : production and shopping will take withint 7 to 30 days depending on your location. In the event of high demand, there may be delays.
Shipping costs are free for purchases over €50 in mainland France. Below €50, they are your responsibility and depend on your geographical location.
For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied upon receipt of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email from the carrier, with the tracking number of your package. You will be able to follow the arrival of your order via our tracking page: (page link)
Delivery times are indicative and have no legal value. They include the processing time of your order as well as transport by the carrier. The staff at HeyoLeah are working to deliver to you as quickly as possible.

Shipments in Metropolitan France:
Delivery to Relay Point: 4 to 5 working days
Home delivery with or without signature with “Colissimo”: 3 to 4 working days
Express home delivery the next day before 1 p.m. with “Chronopost”: 1 working day
Shipments to the French Overseas Territories:
Home delivery with signature with “Colissimo”: 11 to 18 working days
Shipments to Switzerland:
Home delivery with “Colissimo”: 5 to 6 working days
Shipments in Europe:
Delivery to Relay Point: 4 to 6 working days
Delivery with Chronopost Europe: 4 to 5 working days
Please note that delivery times during periods of commercial operations such as sales, Black Friday or the end-of-year holidays may be extended in mainland France and internationally.
